My Southern hospitality is right at home while serving people!  After our youngest married, I decided to get my Real Estate license and fulfill my dream of being a Realtor!  So I have been licensed and going strong since Feb. of 2016.  Thankful to my supportive husband of 33 years, I created a successful Real Estate Career and get to apply my God given talents to both buyers and sellers that are looking for excellent service from a Realtor that communicates and answers her phone. Thanks to my friends and family, who refer me,  98% of my business has come from their referrals.  My largest compliment is to receive referrals from past clients!  I always appreciate recommendations from past clients as this is my report card to those that don’t know me or my work ethic.  Since buying our lake house at Lake Granbury I have expanded my coverage area from Ellis County to Hood County, as we love to be there too!  We love spending time there on our boat with friends and family to watch the sunset or just pull the grandkids on the water. I actively serve on the Fort Worth Birthday Brigade, providing underprivileged

Children and young adults with a birthday party they’ve never had.  I attend as many of these functions as possible and try to support it financially as well.  A portion of each closing is also donated to the Ellis County Scholarship Fund through City Real Estate, Wayne Norcross.  We provide $1500 to each selected recipient. 2020 we were able to give 11 of these scholarships to graduating Seniors! 

What We Do

  • Market the home with professional pictures. 

  • Contact area agents to notify of the new home listed for sale. 

  • Social media distribution. 

  • Send postcards to 100 neighbors notifying of the home for sale to encourage referrals to their friends and family.

  • Host an open house. 

  • Setup a yard sign. 

  • Lockbox to allow agents to show the home with ease.

  • CSS tracks agents that have shown the property.

  • Monitor feedback from the agents showing the home. 

  • Report progress reports to the seller. 

  • Negotiate contract details. 

  • Keep track of contract progression with title, client, other agent and lender. 

  • Attend closing.

  • Responsive to all phone calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. 

  • Available for all questions.

  • Quality resource for repairmen of all types.

  • Follow up after the sale.
